French-ringed Lesser Black-backed Gull at Chouet in pouring rain

With the tide pushing gulls close to the car park at Chouet landfill Beach I managed to pick up all but the end digit of a metal-ringed Lesser Black-backed Gull. The bird appeared to be in its 3rd winter and carried a metal ring on its right tarsus - Paris DA26367?. Hopefully this may be enough to know the ringing site for this Larus fuscus.
